Upon receiving your order and payment confirmation, we will begin processing your order promptly. Our production time for custom-made shoes is estimated to be 28 business days or less. Please note that this is an estimate, and while we strive to meet this timeline, unexpected circumstances may occasionally cause delays. We will make every effort to keep you informed of any delays and provide updates on the status of your order.

2. SHIPPING:
We utilize the services of DHL for shipping and delivery of our products. 

Once your order is ready for shipment, the shipping time is estimated to be 3-5 days. This includes the time required for the carrier to transport the package from our facility to your designated shipping address. Please note that shipping times may vary depending on the destination and any unforeseen circumstances beyond our control. We will provide you with a tracking number so that you can monitor the progress of your shipment.

All shipments are insured for the full value of the products.

3. INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING:
We strive to provide worldwide shipping; however, there may be certain countries or regions where shipping restrictions apply. If we are unable to ship to your location, we will notify you promptly and provide alternative options if available.
